"We checked in very late because of a medical issue. They had no record of our reservation, even though I had called the day before to alert them of a late check in. It worked out okay, but definitely caused some concern. They told me they didn’t use Hotels.com… what is the problem ???"

"Check in was super easy. The house was clean and smelled nice. I was a little uneasy about noticing a few windows unlocked without any screens in them. I was able to get them to lock after a few minutes. Neighborhood was pleasant and quiet."
