「All staffs are kind and gentle enough to help my travel there a lot. 」

「Our room was basement ,had a very tiny window only.So the room was always dark,even In the morning. The door of shower booths was broken. There was no toilet paper and pillows when we had checked in. Staffs were kind,but nobody spoke English.」

「スタッフの方の対応が素晴らしかった。 チェックアウトをして空港に向かうまで時間がありロビーで待つことにしたが、タクシーを頼んだときにまた荷物を持つのを手伝うのでと一言あったり、朝食の時もスペシャルなパンケーキを頼んでなかったがさりげなくテーブルまでサービスしてくれたり気持ちのいいサービスでした。」

「By far the best hotel in Tashkent. Within walking distance to Tashkent city mall and the metro. Staff are unbelievably helpful. One of our group forgot his medication back home, the staff at Tashkent were extremely quick to arrange a pickup from a local reputable pharmacy with the correct medication. Breakfast has excellent variety and has fresh produce. Cannot recommend enough. 」

「Honestly I like this hotel. It is not big but its concept looks like European style modern one, and its service is very good enough and the security is fine. Ths the stay was very comfortable. Definitely I wish to come back for the next time.」

「hotel staff kindly communicate with me. my train will leave 2000 so i asked late check out. she accepted it and she proposed late check out 14:00 for free of charge and 2000 for the half of fee to stay. she took care of me greatly.」
