「O hotel é novo, por isso, as camas e as instalações são excelentes. O pessoal é bem receptivo, mesmo não sabendo inglês com fluência. Muito bem localizado, o hotel fica na área central de Khiva. Café da manhã (tradicional uzbeque) excelente e farto. Quarto silencioso e com ar-condicionado também silencioso.」

「This is a huge hotel. Given that we travelled during off peak season, we practically had the e tire hotel to ourselves. The staff made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was served daily - this is no buffet service. They had breakfast for us and it was a personalized service. The Front Desk Manager was super helpful in directing and guiding us during our stay. Excellent service and good location of property. About 4 minutes drive to main attraction Inchi Kala 👍」

「10部屋ちょっとの土壁の小さなホテルです。徒歩ではイチャン・カラの西門まですぐに行けますが、車でホテルの前まで来るには大通りのスーパーの横の路地を入る必要があり、少し分かりづらいので注意が必要です。 ４人部屋で予約したので、ベッド4台のこじんまりした部屋でしたが、とても可愛い内装で居心地は良かったです。 部屋に冷蔵庫がなかったのが難点でしたが、レセプション横の大型冷蔵庫に入れてよいかと聞いたら快くOKしてもらえました。 8月のヒバはとても暑かったので、疲れたらすぐに部屋に戻って休めて快適でした。」

「It was inconvenient because it was far from tourist attractions and there were no restaurants or shops nearby. The staff was inexperienced but friendly.」

「The location is very good and there are plenty of day trips around the area, which was helpful. But, the inside of the toilet was very dirty. I stayed for three consecutive nights, but the towels were never changed.」
