最初の部屋が通りに面していて、車の音がうるさく、掃除も不十分だったので、部屋を変えてもらった。変更後の部屋はとても広かった。ホテルスタッフの対応は人によりばらつきがあるように感じた。感じ良い人は対応良かった。バスはホテル反対側バス停から124番で最寄駅ベルニーまで行ける。
