「While the room was tidy, it was unfortunately very hot and had a noticeable odour. The front desk staff member was helpful and arranged a room change, which offered some improvement, however the room was still quite warm and the security lock was missing. Although I had two nights booked, I checked out after around 30 minutes. Unfortunately, I was unable to receive a refund for the unused nights.」

「The rooms were clean and good . But the rooms are not getting cleaned after we checked in . We checked in for three nights and they were not ready to clean the rooms until we checked out . They said the cleaners were not available on holidays etc . But it was a little disappointing as we requested couple of times but nothing happened 」
