「The grounds are beautiful but the entire facility is not maintained at all . Not one aspect of this place has any modern amenities . We can excuse poor WiFi and weather related problems , but from staff to its so called all inclusive package . Assistance or food was non existent . The rooms are seriously antiquated , besides breakfast no other services exist . The communal areas have no fans and it’s serious mosquitos attacking . The fixtures are outdated , the bath soap was in some mini bottles...

「We stayed at Coco Reef in Aug 2026 for 5 days. The hotel has a very nice Caribbean vibe. The property is clean but could use some updating. The staff was amazing and always available when needed. They were able to arrange transportation and provide recommendations for tours. Elizabeth at the front desk was awesome! The breakfast buffet was good but recommend not waiting until 9:30 to go as they close at 10 and many items had run out. I spoke with the front desk so they could correct the...

「There were mop streaks and shoe prints from the cleaner on the ground. There was no staff at the reception when we arrived. Security checked us in. Similarly the breakfast staff were always inside talking and we had to go find them. The breakfast was minimal though tasty. As for the beach view, you can see it when you have breakfast but not from the rooms. The hotel is generally run down and poor value for money. It also did not feel safe.」

「Excellent service from the moment I checked in until the moment I left—everything was A+! I was escorted to my spacious, exceptionally clean room. When I requested a taxi, it was waiting for me by the time I came downstairs. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay there again and again!」
