「Our hotel room were suppose to be side by side , I originally booked two rooms one room ,one bed and one room two beds but all they had at the time were two rooms with two beds which we did not want . I personally call before and advise on what we will like to have so our rooms were not separated . All the had were separated rooms which were not bad because it was just few doors down . 「I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. I arrived around 6 PM and almost everything was already closed, which was frustrating after a long day of traveling. The gift shop was supposed to open the next day, but it never did, leaving guests with no place to even grab basic necessities. The food was honestly terrible and the menu options were extremely limited. On top of that, most of the staff outside of the front desk were not helpful or welcoming at all. 「I had a great stay. The room was nice, the ceiling fan was much appreciated. With the sliding door open ac was not needed. The staff was very pleasant. Parking was no problem at all. Access to the beach was very easy and help ed to make the overall stay most enjoyable.」
