「The property is in the heart of San Juan, but the gps location is not accurate. We were able to call the owner who gave us actual directions to the property. Once we got there, everything improved. The owner contacted you in advance to confirm your stay, so that was nice. I had previously booked the property, and they cancelled it, and raised the rate. 「I had an excellent stay at Studio 27 Inn. The host reached out to me promptly and made recommendations for airport pickup and even tours. Both of the receptionists were extremely friendly; particularly Roja. The room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this to other visitors. 」

「The Airport Inn is more like a B&B than a hotel. It's quite quaint and pleasant. The hospitality was excellent. We got in after midnight and needed to have milk available for a toddler and they made it happen. The buffet breakfast was quite nice for a complimentary breakfast. And the rooms were spacious and clean. Nothing fancy but it felt very comfortable.」
