The entire experience was wonderful with extremely helpful staff who were friendly and knowledgeable. With access to nearby transportation which was convenient for traveling to most locations and with great shopping especially the mall and bank within walking distance made staying at the hotel a pleasure. Definitely recommend staying there

I stayed at Palms for almost 1 month, so my experience would reflect that. Professional accommodating staff. 24 hour staff/ security Clean environment . Access to swimming pool. Central position. Close to malls. Access to food. A little expensive but acceptable in economic climate. Please, please bring back breakfast bar Lovely view of Northern range from my room. Kettle and cups in rooms would be good.

Me and my boyfriend stayed at the hotel, It was a very good stay. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the staff were very friendly and answered every question we had. However, the prices for lunch was very expensive. We could have gotten the same lunch for a much cheaper price at an outside restaurant. But besides the prices for food, everything else was very nice and i would recommend the hotel.

Not a bad choice for a short stay.

My stay was average. The hotel is average but its location, close to two malls and restaurants is excellent. I was disappointed that there was no kettle, cups etc. in the room.

The staff was lovely. However the quality of the room does not match the price considering on that same day a big brand Hotel was 20 more .. we were expecting at least a similar room experience considering such a minimal price difference.

Everything about this hotel was decent except the breakfast options. The breakfast lacked variety eg.no fruits, no pastries. It also ran out on Saturday morning so make sure you wake up early that day. The staff are very pleasant and accommodating. It’s 5 mins drive from two popular malls and they can call a taxi for you, if you wish. Overall I had a good stay.
