「I booked this hotel because the Expedia listing advertised a 24-hour airport shuttle, which was essential since I was traveling internationally with my children. After booking, I was told there was no shuttle service and that I would have to find and pay for my own taxi. When I pointed out that the listing still advertised the shuttle, the owner admitted the information had not been updated since COVID but continued to justify it instead of correcting the listing. 「The rooms were dirty and have not been maintained」

「The staff was very pleasant, that's the only positive. This hotel should be totally demolish and rebuild. The rooms are outdated, the walls were so thin and the cieling being high made it seem the guest in the other rooms were talking to you. There was a event close by, were when the music was playing it was vibrating the whole room..many of the guest had to vacate that day as it was too much to deal. The hotel did not inform guests of the disturbance prior to booking.」

「This is one of those stays that you don’t find often. I woke up every morning to freshly prepared native breakfast. Every question I had was answered and I got to learn a lot about the country from the owner herself. She was also nice enough to give me a ride to the airport after my ride share cancelled on me. Every moment spent here was meaningful and deeply moved me as a solo traveler. I would highly recommend this place if you want a more local experience. You’ll be right in the heart of...

「Checking in and out was a breeze. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. My partner and I had a great time. Wifi access was provided as advertised. Spacious. All the details were as advertised. I would say maybe the comforter on the bed linen was missed as the previous guest must have had long blonde hair that must have been missed. However there was a washer and dryer and broom and dustpan. I have no other complaints. I felt at home.」
