The hotel was suitable for my stay and close to the conference center. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the young man who assisted me upon arrival. I don't remember his name but thank you!

The hotel was ok , I think breakfast should start around 6am in the morning to accommodate travelers leaving to go on the road or to travel back home or to another country but other wise it was ok .

The staff was very pleasant, that's the only positive. This hotel should be totally demolish and rebuild. The rooms are outdated, the walls were so thin and the cieling being high made it seem the guest in the other rooms were talking to you. There was a event close by, were when the music was playing it was vibrating the whole room..many of the guest had to vacate that day as it was too much to deal. The hotel did not inform guests of the disturbance prior to booking.

Very basic amenities. Found the food at on site restaurant to be good but very pricey. Sleeping in a bit late was not a luxury as cleaning staff talks very loudly.

There were shops nearby but the restaurant inside the hotel was expensive.Also,you need to request for room tidying before they come.Lastly, I didn't like the smell from the towels provided.When you are on the first floor,you need to descend downstirs before you can dispose off waste.Black ants and mosquitoes were seen in my room.

The room was in good condition; however, the music from the restaurant was very loud throughout my stay and disrupted my sleep. As a result, I had to check out early.

the shower was not working and i could not take a proper bath for like four days and they thought that was ok, They could not fix the shower or put me in another room with a working shower. Fulling water in a bottle and throwing on your self remind me of the stone ages

Positives: decent size mini fridge and microwave. Both came in handy. Negatives: No table or chairs in the room or in the porch. Booked for 3 persons but there were only 2 towels (staff was very friendly and efficient in providing additional towel). Some restaurant menu items were obviously overpriced. Limited access to the pool as this is a shared facility with a swimming club that had scheduled classes most of time.

The room was not as described and when asked if I could get another room the hotel was filled to capacity with other guest. My room was “203” right by the congregating area for other guest so it was hard at times to rest. The room had paint coming off the walls and the walls weren’t up to the ceiling so there was an opening in the walls allowing sound to be heard outside. As it relates to cleanliness, I would say despite all that I have written so far the room was indeed clean and came with a microwave and mini fridge. The website described breakfast to be served daily but it only is served Friday - Sunday. This was a bummer and extremely inconvenient. Grateful for the little shop that was by the pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Special mention to Ceejay! Definitely assisted me in any questions I would’ve had. In short, I would say this property is for anyone who just needs a quick night to rest their luggage and take a quick shower. I personally wouldn’t be back.
