"Picked this hotel cuz it’s close to all main attractions in Kanazawa, has a Japanese feel and onsens. The hotel itself is really nice, has tatami mats throughout the building so shoes stay in lockers at the entrance. The rooms are small, but pretty comfortable and the showers are amazing. But if you have two big bags you might not be able to fit them. The bed, and especially the pillows were hard as rocks, but that’s pretty common in Japan. The onsens are amazing! "TV facilities not very good. International channels not working. Not linked to laundry machine status like other hotels are. Also have coffee available as self-serve instead of having to ask for it to be poured by someone. Shower should be connected to tap in bathtub not to tap outside the bathtub - not convenient as it doesn't reach fully to person standing in bathtub."

"The hotel is new and clean, very friendly and helpful staff. The room is tiny and very vanilla, small even by Tokyo standards. It is probably the smallest bath I have ever used (30 nights in Japan), I have average build but could barely turn around. The building is close to the JR station on map, but you actually have to cross the street on the next block, so it isn't that close. Area is quiet but safe at night. Give ~15 minutes time to catch a train from there."

"Appreciated the strong wifi as I had to do some work calls - shouting out in case anyone is wondering about this. Hotel was very modern and clean. Beds were comfortable and the rooms quiet. Location is about a 15 min walk to the old town, but literally right next to the JR station. The only thing that got me was that there was no free parking for guests - there was a big enough carpark but I’m not sure who exactly those were for. We had to park about a 7 minute walk away. "
