"Great air conditioned unit on the water on a hot July 4th holiday. Central to both sides od the bay to visit with son and his family who came to the area by sailboat and other family camping in Fairhaven. Sufficiently stocked and set up for our two night stay. Bonus being able to walk to the nearby bar/restaurant. Would definitely stay again. Thanks."

"Lovely spot for a relaxing get away. We spent several days going to the Finger Lakes for wine and cider tasteing and the rest chilling on the deck. Local family visited and everyone enjoyed swimming and floating in the bay. The local Sodus Point beach was a nice change and uncrowded. "

"Great location in the bay. Beautiful sunsets. Plenty of space indoors and outdoors. Large indoor table for meals together. Large patio by the water for bonfires and s’mores. Chimney Bluffs State Park nearby was very unique and beautiful. We had a wonderful week."
