「Never get worse than this place. The hotel staff did not do anything, despite the fact that the room next door was full of noise, with teenagers fooling around late into the night, filling the hallway and my room with the smell of alcohol and marijuana. Finally, after midnight, I was given another room, but the staff didn't even help me moving out my luggage to another room.The next morning I complained about it, but they only gave me a 15% discount and did not even apologize. 「Had a great stay. We were traveling with loud kids and I was happy to find that the house including the pool were not near any neighbors to disturb. The country house is rustic and as described and had everything we needed including smart tvs, towels, and kitchen supplies and laundry. Host/management company were responsive and easy to get in contact with. We stayed 4 nights and a pool cleaner came by one day and another worker stopped by to pick something up. 」

「Overall stay was just ok. They allow dogs and we brough ours. The policy states you have to stay with the dog which our neighbors who had their dog did not. The dog barked all night. It was also fourth of july so I am sure the poor dog was scared and the owners just left them alone to be scared and bark all night which triggered out dog to bark. I called down twice to complain but no real action was taken. Upon check out the next day, they asked how the stay was and I said we barely slept due...
