"Check in was good , but I didn’t know it’s a shared bathroom, the room was okay it’s a nice brownstone but the baby mice kept me up through out the night the mice crawled up the screen and I was eye to eye and couldn’t believe what I was seeing, this could be a great spot but please take care of the mice, I actually had to shine a light near the stove so they wouldn’t come out"

"We loved everything about his home! It is charming and very clean and tidy. It is a cozy place to stay with a lovely outdoor area. It is near everything, and so walkable! Angela is a wonderful host and very communicative. The check in instructions were clear and easy. We will probably come back since we were visiting our daughter in Harlem. Thank you!!!"

"This exact property is not available to rent, however it is still on the website and is able to be paid for. We did not know this until check-in and realized we never received a code to get in. It was only when we called the number attached to this property is when we found out that it is not supposed to be available. The owner we spoke to was helpful and relocated us to another property only 5 mins away from the original, which turned out to be a lovely place. It all worked out in the end, but...

"We loved our stay at the Carriage House. Patrick and Kathryn were wonderful hosts. They provided information in a timely manner, and were quick to respond to any questions. Our accommodations were clean, comfortable and well appointed, and Patrick and Kathryn included truly thoughtful touches. The location was perfect for exploring Croton-on-Hudson and the Hudson Valley. We'd love to come back!"

"This place was everything and more! The pictures don't do it justice. My family and I absolutely loved the location and the proximity to everything around. Our host Oorja is amazing and overly accommodating to my family since we were traveling with a small child. "This property was at most the horrible experience. Property is not at all where it states on the website. When we arrived the ceiling was falling due to an old leakage and when I communicated with someone in charge of property, they said maintenance will come. We stood for a week and they came at the second to last day of our stay. It was cold every morning and the windows were patched with garbage bags.
