「Pretty location. Staff shines at a hotel that needs a little refresh….nothing bad but just a little TLC. My check in was fantastic. They searched for my Hilton honors membership so I could get my points and water! My dinner at the bar was wonderful. Hanger steak cooked to perfection! Bar tender was fantastic. Easily serving and confidently handling anything that came his way. Breakfast was limited since no buffet that morning. I was actually the only one at breakfast for a period of time...

「It's a beautiful place but rooms need upgrade. Old room no fridge or microwave. Went with a child and didn't have a fridge to put her milk in. It was very disappointing. Room next to mine was shut down under construction.」

「The place was very clean and exactly as promised in the listing. It is in a great location, within a five minute walk to the town with all the shops and restaurants! Carolyn, the host was great with communication and everything from check in to check out went smoothly.」

「For the younger generation this place is the perfect place to be. For people our age (70’s) we were hoping for a little different. Hosts were great to deal with and the location was perfect. We also found it to be well maintained.」

「Spacious house with amazing view. Owner was responsive to all needs and questions. Great location outside NYC and the small town of Piermont has a good selection of restaurants (and it’s a short drive to other quaint towns). We appreciated that house had a Christmas tree up for us and enjoyed fire pit by the river after the snow! Our family of 9 adults plus toddler and infant were very comfortable in the house - we loved our time there!」

「There were workers in and out of the house all day Saturday due to leaks in a few rooms. No heat on Saturday afternoon until we left on Sunday. Requested some money back and no reply. This was a girls weekend and men coming in and out on Sat and Sunday we did not feel safe. Overall not a good experience at all」
