「Needed some fall deep cleaning, ran into some mechanical problems, but within 2 days , things were repaired and I when I asked, I was given a discount for the inconvenience. Host responds quickly. View from deck was amazing. Parking is really tight, with the large home next door to this carriage house. 」

「Dan was great with all correspondence, replying quickly to any questions. The house was extremely clean and very well kept. I loved the privacy and the country setting while still being close to the city. I’m looking forward to renting from him again. 」

「Tim and Kim were great hosts and their house was lovely. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as the fire pit. Very easy to get to the horse races and downtown as well. would love to stay there again in the future. 」

「We were in Saratoga to celebrate my birthday and go to a concert at SPAC with family and friends who lived in the surrounding areas. We had the BEST time. This house was absolutely perfect - comfortable, clean, convenient. I could not have asked for anything better. I would highly recommend anyone in the area to stay here and will definitely be back. Trish was responsive and so nice to work with. I would give 10 stars if I could. 」
