「Got a room with a view on rooftop AC units..not on nice scenery...I guess when you book with Expedia you do not get best rooms! Last time I stay at Marriott branded hotels...」

「Honestly there is nothing bad to day abou this property. The main house is beautiful and historic. The restaurant is also in that same house and I adored it. The food was great but I wish there a couple little details looked at in the main dining room. The smaller cabin rooms are perfect, clean, spatious, well stocked and you dont feel alone but you dont feel crowded. The land the area is so beautifil and I would definitly come back 」

「Just the basics which is all I wanted. Room and bathroom were clean, floor was a little bizarre the slats had definitely started to fail long ago but was still clean. Breakfast was as simple as can be ( it IS advertised this way, just don’t be surprised by how “light” it really is), but the coffee was at least good and the pastries were tasty for being packaged. Shame the vending machine was totally empty and soda machine was mostly empty. I’d stay there again, just need a quiet place to sleep...

「Very nice B&B outside New Paltz, removed from the road so it’s quiet. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms well appointed. The breakfast area is open 24 hours, so there’s always the possibility of coffee and a snack. It was well stocked with bagels, muffins, fruit, milk, and cereal. 「The house is nice and clean and very convenient to get to from the heart of New Paltz. The kitchen isn't very equipped for cooking, but there are plenty of dishes and coffee cups. The upstairs art is pretty uncomfortable and my teenage sons were creeped out by it all. The Hosts are super nice and very responsive. Thank you for a good stay. 」
