「Got a room with a view on rooftop AC units..not on nice scenery...I guess when you book with Expedia you do not get best rooms! Last time I stay at Marriott branded hotels...」

「Honestly there is nothing bad to day abou this property. The main house is beautiful and historic. The restaurant is also in that same house and I adored it. The food was great but I wish there a couple little details looked at in the main dining room. The smaller cabin rooms are perfect, clean, spatious, well stocked and you dont feel alone but you dont feel crowded. The land the area is so beautifil and I would definitly come back 」

「The staff was so very helpful and attentive. The room was very clean. A staff member went above and beyond to retrieve my key which fell through the elevator shaft. How does that happen? So thankful!」

「Very nice B&B outside New Paltz, removed from the road so it’s quiet. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms well appointed. The breakfast area is open 24 hours, so there’s always the possibility of coffee and a snack. It was well stocked with bagels, muffins, fruit, milk, and cereal. 「The house is nice and clean and very convenient to get to from the heart of New Paltz. The kitchen isn't very equipped for cooking, but there are plenty of dishes and coffee cups. The upstairs art is pretty uncomfortable and my teenage sons were creeped out by it all. The Hosts are super nice and very responsive. Thank you for a good stay. 」

「The place is as described and it was clean. It was cold when we entered and only has one unit to heat the whole place and it never got warm. We also did not have any hot water. The train tracks are directly above the property and ran every hour which made sleeping difficult. When I contacted the host I asked for credit for the second night due to these issues. He said he would. It has been two weeks and now he has ghosted us and does not answer nor has refunded us the second night. I...
