「Bathroom toilet could have been cleaner」

「Everyone was very nice! Great location! Comfortable beds!」

「Room was very clean. A few small stains on outer blanket. Breakfast was plentiful. Lot's of variety. Coffee was good. Hotel was quiet. Pool was nice but needs a really good clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful.」

「The room looked clean, but the AC system had something dead inside of it. When we turned it yo heat at night, all you could smell was something dead blowing out of it. As far as staff , they were non existant. There were drug deals going on in the parking lot, and seemed to be a hooked or two in one of the rooms as men were going in and out of it at all hours. Ambulance showed up and took out an individual who had clearly Overdosed on something. The place looks nice from the outside, but is...

「We were upgraded to a family room with two queen beds, and lots of space for our luggage. Although dated, the room and bathroom were clean. It was quiet at night, with no road noise. The outside security lights were very bright, and I would’ve liked black out curtains to block the light. The staff were very helpful with directions and information.」

「Very uncomfortable and a strong cleaning agent was present. It was difficult to breathe in this tiny room.」

「This is in a terrible part of town. Property was a mess. No ice machine or any amenities. We were given a coffee machine that had mold in it. We only stayed 1 of the 3 nights of the reservation which made the host angry. He said it was a 5 star hotel and that was charging us for the other 2 nights. I did take out cancellation insurance which made him very unhappy and he hung up on me.」

「There were no coffee makers or microwaves in the room. They were getting new refrigerators but they weren't in yet but for some reason they took out the Best Western refrigerators without waiting for the new ones to come. This hotel is no longer a Best Western, instead it is Spark by Hilton. There is no longer a hot breakfast. Instead they have a bagel bar. The bagel bar was good if you like bagels. Aside from that, there was oatmeal some cereal and a machine that spit out vanilla yogurt....

「This is convenient to I 81 and close enough to small restaurants and store to make easy access and the location itself seems like a secluded fairy cottage. Very nice indeed for a good nights rest.」
