「Excellent staff」

「Very old & rooms smell old. Wifi didn’t work. One face cloth in room and was all stained, towels were dirty and torn.」

「I am disabled and my room key consistently didn't work. It took me 4 trips back downstairs before it would work. I had a handicap accessible room but the bench for me to take a shower with was sitting on the nasty floor in the bathroom. The room had a bad smell to it. I finally left and went to a different hotel. I didn't even stay. I was so miserable. I want a refund. I went to the Hilton Garden Inn and was a giant improvement. I would never stay at this location ever again, not even for...

「Good place. No complaints. Breakfast is from 6am-9am with a decent amount of hot and cold items. They had dairy free items (e.g. oat milk, Silk yogurt, bread).」

「There were no coffee makers or microwaves in the room. They were getting new refrigerators but they weren't in yet but for some reason they took out the Best Western refrigerators without waiting for the new ones to come. This hotel is no longer a Best Western, instead it is Spark by Hilton. There is no longer a hot breakfast. Instead they have a bagel bar. The bagel bar was good if you like bagels. Aside from that, there was oatmeal some cereal and a machine that spit out vanilla yogurt....

「This is in a terrible part of town. Property was a mess. No ice machine or any amenities. We were given a coffee machine that had mold in it. We only stayed 1 of the 3 nights of the reservation which made the host angry. He said it was a 5 star hotel and that was charging us for the other 2 nights. I did take out cancellation insurance which made him very unhappy and he hung up on me.」

「This is convenient to I 81 and close enough to small restaurants and store to make easy access and the location itself seems like a secluded fairy cottage. Very nice indeed for a good nights rest.」
