「Everything about the hotel was acceptable. Our room is on the first floor and near an entrance, making it very noisy. Next time we stay, we will ask for a different room.」

「Staff were nice, the place was clean and cute. We booked this last minute when we got to the first place we booked and realized we couldn’t stay so it was a relief to find this at the last minute. We ate dinner in the attached restaurant and it was good. Close to UConn. 」

「The tree house matched the description perfectly! The host was very responsive, the house was clean, and the temperature was comfortable. All instructions were provided prior to our arrival and easy to understand. The manager was friendly and we loved spending time with the animals. It was a little pricey but I would stay again. Great getaway for my husband and i to connect with nature!」

「Pros:- kitchen is clean and well-equipped- beds are very comfortable- host was quick to respond to initial questions- parking was fine- huge decks overlooking the water are lovely- Washer/dryer was great to have- Host provided more than ample soaps, towels, TP, etc.Challenges:- Off-season, this area is pretty isolated - not a criticism, just helpful to know- The inside stairs are honestly scary - more like a ladder- Lighting throughout the house is dim- The couch cushions are pretty spent,...

「The house is cute but very small. In the pictures it looks bigger, also the stairs to the second floor are very steep and narrow so not ideal for older people. The house was also not clean very well. We found a dirty sweater and half full bottle of water in one of the rooms, a chewed dog bone full of hair in the living room couch, a bloom stain in one of the beds and there were also a few hair balls on the kitchen floor. If cleaned properly is not that bad.」

「Ben’s place was very cozy and comfortable. The location was great. Close to UConn and in a pretty area. The set up was great with a very comfortable bed, stocked kitchen, lots of hot water. The owner also freshly ground our coffee. The only downside was the sounds from the owners main house above-footsteps, voices… all normal but hard to ignore-sound proofing would go a long way. Good stay overall. 」

「There was an odor in the house (probably dead rodent) that was very noticeable. When I messaged the host about it he said that “someone from his team “Would come check it out but no one came. I messaged him again the next day as well」

「Cozy cottage in a quiet neighborhood (except for a frequently barking dog). The house is very clean and nicely equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Tiffany was lovely to work with.」

「Bluebird farm was a such a nice play to stay to relax and unwind from all the daily stressors in life!. The cabin is cozy, and beautifully decorated with lots of amenities!! I highly recommend it 」

She made the home cheery and bright with her beautiful Christmas decorations, which were festive for the holiday season. The house was well equipped, clean and comfortable. The house is well situated to enjoy many near-by activities. Thanks for making our holiday get-away memorable. 」
