「The staff friendly. Did not eat as had other plans but good food available and a reasonable price. A good location.」

「Don't be deceived by the ongoing work to refurbish the property. Our room although a little dated was very spacious and clean with great views overlooking the River Thames. The staff were friendly & helpful. The room would benefit from having air conditioning.Food in the restaurant was freshly cooked. The wifi was very good. All in all good value for the money paid」

「Room was dated and needed some minor repairs and a detailed cleaning.(carpet, shower etc). There was no air conditioning so a fan would have been nice. The tv on the wall was the size of a postage stamp, as in smaller than a computer screen. The pub and restaurant were really good. Breakfast was standard fare. Staff were great, helpful and welcoming.」

「Fabulous experience at the Glasshouse. Lovely room, wide range of classes and such tasty, nutrtious food. Visited in September for a few days midweek and found a very relaxed, peaceful retreat. It offers a great opportunity to detox if that's what you want, or a luxurious treat to have 3 couse dinners and wine if you don't. The staff are all friendly and helpful and offer taster sessions for things like Tai Chi and Cryotherapy alongside traditional spa treatments. A nice touch was a dining...

「エアコンのコントローラが壊れており部屋がとても寒い」

「No free parking, no free breakfast and poor services.」

「Stayed at multiple Premier Inns throughout the week- no issue with any of the staff until checking in here. The receptionist required my passport and a whole lot of personal information, including my reason for being in the country, none of which any of the other receptionists required. When I questioned this, the receptionist became very short with me, wouldn’t answer my questions, and overall was very unpleasant to deal with. Her manager then came to assist her and did nothing to help the...

「The room was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable, although the room was small, and if you ended up stuck inside, you’d quickly become claustrophobic. Likewise, the picture used to advertise the hotel is not a picture of any public or restaurant space in the hotel building, but a picture of the pub/restaurant 150 feet away. There is no public space you can hang out in within the hotel building. The price could not be beat, however. The fan for the bathroom was totally ineffective and...

「I didn t need any activities because I was there for family events. Nice place to stay. Lovely host. We really enjoy staying there.」
