"I had separately booked on Hotels. Com. I was first denied a room. I had stayed there as a part of a already booked room. Then they did not provide basic amenities required bt the customer. Over that there was one fellow at the reception desk who did not want to serve the customer at all. The guy denied whatever we asked. They don't know how the cancellation happens if they denied service. They routed to Hotels.Com for my refund. "

"Been a regular from day one. Have been imprsssed with the grandeur, service, food . This time they went overboard.. top notch service, amazing food, gestures and warmth,.. not to talk about the amazing food//.the chefs Mayank and Nikhil were amazing.. took extra care and dished out wonderful food. .. no wonder this remains the favourite hotel for me in chennai. Overwhelmed.. thank you "

"Absolutely amazing in every possible way. Staff was very friendly, grounds were beautiful, and service was top notch. They even assigned me a butler during my stay which was so helpful. Shout out to Karthik (butler), Gloria, Jyoti, and Preeti for going above and beyond expectations. Ruksana at breakfast was super sweet as well. Will only stay at the Leela next time in Chennai. Recommend it highly! "

"My experience at The Madras Grand exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and professionalism. The staff went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable, and their attention to detail was impressive. My room was impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, and offered all the conveniences I needed for a relaxed and productive stay. One of the highlights was the food. They were fresh and delicious. The hotel also deserves special mention for its efficient housekeeping, prompt room service, and courteous front-desk team. Everyone—from the doorman to the manager—treated is with sincere hospitality. I’d visit them again."
