The room was good and clean, offering a comfortable stay. However, I would strongly recommend booking a sea-facing room. The rooms on the road-facing side experience a lot of noise at night due to ongoing construction work, which can disturb sleep. Other than that, the stay was pleasant.

I'm very satisfied staying in this hotel, We received excellent customer service from front security staff, front desk, housekeeping and dining staff. Especially the kitchen crew I forgt his name but he's really nice he made us delicious cold coffee he works in the breakfast buffet. Staff in India are very nice its our first time visiting here.❤️❤️❤️

Staff very nice.

The hotel is nice with comfortable rooms but not luxurious. The front desk staff Priya was very nice she personally showed me to my room and told me that the connecting door could not be opened. That made me feel safe. Housekeeping and room service staff were nice too. The food should be improved it was not nice and coffee was really bad

I travel to India from the US every 3-4 months and have stayed here 5-6 times.The property for the most part is well maintained. The rooms are comfy and cozy. The pool area is OK, not too inviting. The fitness center is on the smaller side but is sufficiently equipped. The restaurant and the sports bar are excellent. All the staff from the security to front desk to housekeeping are friendly, polite and extremely courteous. The restaurant staff (the two Chefs (Aziz and I forget the other chef's name), Rohit (Mgr), Sanjay (Sports bar), George, are exceptionally courteous and attentive (esp. George). The quality and the variety of food is second to none. Although the property could use some updates, the staff, their service and the restaurant quality are the main reasons that I will likely continue to stay here in the future.

This was my first time stay at Holiday Inn, Chennai Omr IT and I had an exceptional experience right from my seamless check in by Duty Manager Pranave and even my dining experience was so good at their restaurant. Mr Sibasish Sasmal the Restaurant Manager was so efficiently managing the whole dining area. There were so many guests but everyone was being given a personalised experience. The variety as well as the quality of food was amazing. I rarely write reviews about my stay at hotels but this Holiday Inn surpassed all my expectations. Each and every staff member is so efficient and willing to help, even the lady at the phone managing one touch service. Excellent service and a big thank you to the Holiday Inn Chennai staff members for making my stay at their hotel such a wonderful experience. I would definitely visit them again.

When we visited, there was a lot of construction around the hotel, the roads were terrible, noisy and dusty. However, if you want to have quick access to key areas like Tidel park, Adyar, ECR, OMR or Besant Nagar this place is most convenient.
