「not a very welcoming experience.The check in was cold and not welcoming at all.Our bathroom toilet handle was completely broken off and they had to come in the next morning to fix it. Then the master king bed did not even have a mattress pad on the bed that was so saggy. The sheets a blanket were a reuse as well. NO ONE CAME AS PROMISED TO CHANGE THE BEDDING.We had to call again and then finally someone came and saw the linens and apologized and immediately at 9:30pm on the 4th day of asking...

「Housekeeping did not change sheets, towels, trash, when asked during our stay. We had to ask management to ensure our rooms were serviced several times before housekeeping actually came. Hotel check in was great. Staff in lobby were very friendly! Parking was very easy. The view from the patio is beautiful! They used to have a full breakfast years ago but now just serve muffins and juice and coffee but that was okay to get us started in the mornings.」
