"Poor experience with checkin due to property management co not on top of their game. Didnt get access code until I called asking how to checkin two hrs before I was supposed to be at the Inn. Couldn’t get the heat to work for 45 minutes after we arrived. No instruction on how to work the heat. Couldn’t use fire places or fire pits outside."

"Not wanting a stuffy hotel we opted for an apartment type rental. Full kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. Having a couch to feel at home to watch TV made our stay homey. Absolutely loved the decor with a theme throughout the place. I love the charm of the old homes and this one didn’t disappoint. If I get back to Staunton I will definitely stay here! "

"Convenience, kitchen had everything we needed (Keurig and separate drip coffee machine). Shower felt safe and it could use a grab bar for extra safety). This was our 1st time there and this is our first choise for future stays."

"Great place in the middle of town. Parking was quick and easy in the garage across the street. Walking distance to everything in Staunton. We'll stay here again on our next trip to the Shenandoah."

"It was great to wake up to bird song instead of traffic noise, and almost everything I needed for my 4-day stay was there--even coffee and filters for the coffeemaker, which I didn't use because I brought my own, and dish detergent, a sponge, towels, etc. The shower control was very hard to pull out to increase water pressure, and the area rug in the front/bedroom seemed not to have been vacuumed in a while, as I discovered because I forgot my yoga mat. "We had a wonderful stay at this property. The listing matched the photos and description, and check-in/out was a breeze. The space was spotless, nicely decorated, and felt welcoming right away. The bed was very comfortable (though a little soft for my taste), and the air conditioning was excellent.
