「私の宿泊した部屋には、電話もエアコンもテレビもありませんでした。 電話をかけたい時は、レセプションの電話を使わせてもらいました。 不便と思われる方もいらっしゃるかもしれませんが、そうしているとホテルスタッフと打ち解けていき、滞在中は様々な要望に応えていただく事になりました。 部屋には窓ガラスがなく、壁の多くの部分が格子になっています。風通しが良く大変快適に滞在できました。 また、網戸は設置されていないので格子から虫や小鳥が出入りし放題です。驚くこともありますが、結構楽しませてもらいました。 風光明媚なロケーションで、日本のホテルでは味わう機会がない良質な滞在ができたことに満足しています。」

「My stay at Mystic by Royalton in St. Lucia was extremely disappointing. The resort is below standards, has recently been bought out by Royalton and will be shutting down for demolishing starting August. Old and broken fixtures throughout, indicating a severe lack of maintenance. Walls were moldy and demonstrated water damage. The resort was filthy.
