"The hotel was overall good but could use updating. The service was good but could have been better. At times it felt like they are understaffed and service was very slow. There was times when we were at the buffet hall no one came to ask for drinks and when they did asked for it there were 2 times the drinks did not come at all even after we finished eating. Also, there were times that the drinks came when we were almost done eating. The service is inconsistent the whole time that we were there. I have been to other all inclusive resorts and found that this resort to be the slowest and inconsistent service overall. There was not much of night vibe or shows compared to other places that I have been to. I am sorry but rarely put any reviews."
