「The staff were very nice and helpful. This rating is based on getting what you pay for. In that context, the weeknight tariff was good value. It was clean and comfy. However, in line with other comments the property is well past its best in terms of condition. Somewhat rundown is apt. It suited us for an overnight late arrival/early departure but we would not stay longer. It is not too soundproof, Decor is old and gloomy. Curtains are ill fitting letting in light. We didnt want to make a scene so said we had to leave for family matters. Would not recommend this place infact no smoke alarms is a major health and safety breech. Never be back.」

「I like the atmosphere of the motel(overall design).The room was clean with comfortable bed. Big buthtub made us warm and release from tiredness. Most of hotels choose amenity made in China but this motel sticks to New Zealand made. It is important. The lady at the reception was pleasant. 」
