「Unacceptable the whole premises needs an up grade and is stuck in the past I' was born and bred in Tokoroa and have been away for 20+ years, only came back for a tangi was so disappointing to see the Mayfair motel so run down, it used to be a beautiful motel back in the days what's happened ??? Definitely will not be recommending until upgrades are sorted.」

「Wow, what a beautiful location. Secluded and peaceful with everything we needed. So relaxing with the outdoor bath and fireplaces. Loved all the little touches to make it such a relaxing stay.The host had great communication and was very kind. Highly recommend to other couples. We will be back!!」

「One of the most wonderful stays we’ve had in our travels! If there is a better view to be found, I haven’t seen it. We stayed for two nights and found this to be perfectly situated away from the bustle of Rotorua, but still close enough to go into town for some excellent food and entertainment. 10 out of 10!」
