「all good」

「Estuvo bien para pasar la noche en familia. Solo que no había caliente y la puerta de seguro del baño no funcionaba. La alberca no estaba limpia. Desayuno y limpieza muy bien.」

「The staff was very polite, helpful and efficient. The business center was great, no fuss no change - great for printing our boarding passes. The only thing I don't care for (and is common these days at hotels) is if you stay two nights you don't get housekeeping. So we made our own beds in the morning so that it would be comfortable when we returned in the afternoon. I asked for housekeeping, but it didn't happen. I got some extra coffee from the person with the housekeeping cart. Breakfast...

「It's a dump. The AC unit in my room rattled constantly and when I asked for a new room the person at the front desk was not shy about letting me know it was an inconvenience for her.」

「The room appeared clean. The shower had no caulk around the tub. There was no coffee pot in the room. The curtains were torn. A little TLC would have gone a long way. The decaf coffee was very tasty in the lobby. The front desk attendent was nice and helpful.」

We were not able to get into the home because the door lock had died, but the host met us at the house a couple hours later and let us in. We were also really looking forward to using the hot tub, however, it had to be repaired and by the time it was fixed, it was time for us to leave.
