「The staff had the most amazing service I’ve ever had. The food was average could be better and I wish they did later drinks and food.」

「I wouldn’t say this is a 5star hotel, it’s more like a 3. The actual grounds is what make it beautiful, the palm trees and ambiance. The rooms are outdated and smell funny sometimes like a sewer. Our phone in the room never worked and I brought it up to reception and nothing was done. So we couldn’t order room service or God forbid a call if we had an emergency. Towels were scarce and I had to go to reception to get my own as well as toilet paper. The food was nothing sort of amazing, not many...

「They had overbooked the hotel, and instead of cancelling our reservation, they moved us to a different hotel without our permission. The alternative hotel had no pool and was $20 cheaper, yet they refused to compensate us for the difference or allow us to cancel the reservation. Absolutely horrible experience and very poor customer service.」

Somos...
