「I found the room I had originally booked to be very, very dark, and also not set up very well, ie, the arrangement of furniture made it hard to move around. Plus, the lock really needs fixing, as it might take me 5-10 tries to open it at night -- not very pleasant. They were most gracious in offering me a different room, which I loved: brighter, the lock worked well, and there was room for my small suitcase plus room to move around. So I am very grateful, and I ended up having a great time. ...

「The location was just right not too close not too far. We walked everywhere. Felt safe in all the neighborhoods. Loved the washer and dryer availability. Spent some time on the rooftop. We were right next to the freeway but couldn’t hear it inside. The only thing we missed was another chair in the room, that would have been nice. Checkout was a breeze and the extra amenities in the lobby were great. We didn’t partake in any of shots that were in the lobby but it was a great setup. Would do it...

「Everything about the experience and the space itself was exactly as sold. And this is the perfect little nook, between the Quarter and Garden District. You can walk to all sorts of great NOLA sights. And the WWII Museum is a must-do, and only 10 mins on foot.Also, the customer service for this listing was fantastic. 「Great location and set up. Booked to stay with my team for a conference, and we were only a short walk from the show. The only note would be the street noise that you should take into consideration if you're a light sleeper. The noise is not a ding on the owners since it's out of their control, and they provide sound machines in the rooms, which were a huge help. 」
