「チェックインするのにEメールからサイトへアカウントを作ってからログインして入り口のコードと部屋へのコード手に入れると言う仕組みなので英語が堪能か慣れている人ではないと戸惑うかもしれません。 カスタマーセンター1人だけにクリスと言う日本語を話せるスタッフがいたので何とかチェックインできました。 部屋はブラインドなので朝かなり眩しいです。 プールとプールサイドにバーベキューグリルがありますがプールはかなり小さいです。 フレンチクォーターまで歩いて行けるし周りにはドラックストアなどがたくさんあるので好立地だと思います。」

「Great location and as seen online. We had a great time and would definitely go back to stay. Host was very attentive to our needs. No parking at this location; however, parking is a block from the hotel and within walking distance. We were not guaranteed parking even after paying for the week through Spot Hero. Wi-fi would go in and out at times and it took several tries to reconnect it throughout the day. Overall, it was a great stay.」
