「This was not a luxury room as advertised it was very poor and we had to move to a different room which was not much better 😕」

「On entrance to the hotel it was beautiful, welcoming airy feel with a nice bar/restaurant. However check in was a nightmare and we had to wait 10 minutes, once you leave the main atrium and walk through to go to your room the hotel is outdated, poorly maintained and the lift scared the life out of you. We stayed on one of the hottest days of the year, and the housekeeping had window shut & no fan. It was a wall of heat. We didnt sleep for even an hour the whole night. The bathroom was awful,...

「We stayed here for a night for a wedding reception. The shower wasn’t functioning properly and we could not close it completely. However, the worst part was it was full of mould. There was mould around the bath tub as well. The beds were ok. I would not stay here again.」

「Friendly staff, nicely decorated clean rooms. Good choice of breakfast. Nice hotel, close to racecourse and not far in an Uber to train station to explore further afield. Will stay again 👍」

「駅からとおく、タクシー移動が必要だった。駅前にタクシーはほぼ停まっていない(駅前に公衆電話あり)。 部屋はツインを予約。清潔にされている。シャワーのお湯の量が圧倒的に少なくとても寒かった。フロントのスタッフは、とても対応の良い女性がいた(他のスタッフは普通の対応)。」

「Friendly and accommodating when we need to leave the car prior to an event and before check in at 3pm. Breakfast was reasonable and part of a deal booked through Expedia. When asked for fresh items, provided these. Had gf options also for breakfast. Reception open 24 hours but no out of hours food options on our return on Sunday as advertised or informed. Bar available and reasonably priced. Have used the same hotel when visiting area before and would happily return.」

「The building is very tired and in my opinion, desperately in need of some maintenance. Needs a deep clean and some general maintenance. Bathroom tiles very poor. The bathroom could do with a little updating and some TLC. Bed was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was Ok. Staff were nice. Parking was good.」

「客室はこぢんまりとしているがフローリングの床は清潔で壁紙もオシャレ。暖房の効きも抜群で、寒さが厳しい日でも大丈夫。ただしバスルームに難あり。シャワーブースとトイレ・洗面台を仕切るアクリル壁があるがドアなどがないためシャワーブース入り口からどうしても水が外側に流れ出してしまい、トイレ周辺まで水溜りができる。客室へは流れ出さないが一度シャワーを浴びるとトイレや洗面台を使うにも靴を履かないと出入りできない。」

「It was a gorgeous room and bathroom all looked brand new. Huge TV on the wall toiletries & hairdryer, iron, kettle, tea, water, earplugs & lovely kingsize bed. 80 yards from St Helens train station & carpark where I left my car overnight. Would stay again if back in St Helens.」
