「The resort was not what it claimed to be. The rooms smelled of mold, the bedsheets were dirty, there was a huge hole in my wall. The pools closed at 6 and. The beach was closed. No where to swim in the ocean. No kayaks or snorkeling spots only one swim at bar that took forever to get a drink. The staff were rude except for the entertainment crew. The entertainment was not good. They were playing 70s music only had one event in the evening long lines to get into the buffet. The ceiling fell in...

「Yes easy and organized, everyone waiting for the tip and not a dollar, 5 or 10 bill .otherwise they will make a rude face.」

「Had an amazing stay at RIU OCHO RIOS the rooms were clean staff friendly and the food was delicious. My only suggestion is that they have another area with snacks besides the grab N go. Something that incorporates local treats 」

「The room is comfortable. However its not as seen in picture in terms of decor. The painting that was to be placed on the wall was stored in the closet. The i room safe didnt work. The light over the face basin was not working. The fan and main light in the room was not working. The maintenance personnel said he would return to fix those but didnt come back. It is however a quiet property. The property itself is clean. Just the room i stayed in needs to be worked on. 」
