"Terrible experience. The hotel advertises breakfast, but upon arrival, I was told it was not included because the room rate was already “cheap enough.” The room was dusty, and staff took days to clean it after being asked. "Ms.Asumta was very friendly and helped me with the formalities. The chief waiter and his team were carrying all the time and presented a wonderful Tilapia for dinner. Don't trust some bad reviews about this place, now they are under new management "

"Good location. Property is lovely. Room was large with kitchenette and had nice balcony to enjoy the sights and sounds of the city. Strong screened sliding door, so fresh air and no insects. Restaurant had nice view and food and service were great. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Didn't use the pool, but it looked very inviting."

"Nice room We enjoyed the pool"

"Very nice Hotel, amazing services and kind employees"

"Amazing place with excellent customer service. The staff were always polite, responsive, and quick to help with anything I needed. They fixed the phone in my room, helped unlock my safe after I forgot the password 😅, and were consistently helpful throughout my stay. The hotel is very clean, and I especially loved the unique setup of the pool and poolside area—it has a really nice atmosphere. I would definitely recommend Kim Hotel and would happily stay here again."
