Very warm, helpful and kind staff. Allowed me to check in very early. Lovely garden area and pool for relaxing. Great views from my balcony. Undoubtedly a little dated but all other aspects made up for this.

It was a real pleasure to stay here. Agnes and Dahlia at the spa are lovely and the services were excellent. However, the rooms could use freshening up (but they were very clean), and the water pressure in the shower could have been better. Breakfast was good and overall, the staff were wonderful!

Great hotel, good breakfast, great service. The only improvement would be to have an alternative pedestrian entrance for guests that could be closer to the city center. But in overall the hotel is beautiful, room very comfortable. I recommend.
