「My stay at Novotel was truly excellent. From the moment I arrived, Rejoice and the front desk team made me feel welcome and ensured everything about my stay went smoothly. Their kindness, professionalism, and warm attitude made a big difference throughout my visit. The room manager was also outstanding always prompt in answering any questions and quick to assist whenever needed. 「This is the most lifeless place I have ever lodged in my life and for that reason i had to fortfeit one day and left the place for another hotel. Stayed only one day instead of two days I paid for. No form of entertainment in that place.」

「The property was clean, location perfect close to the express way,staff was polite, breakfast was okay, WiFi networks was good....the only issue is, there hot water wasn't running,I had to have a bath with room temperature water.」

「Courteous front desk. Clean room. Staff woke me up at 6.30am on Saturday to borrow the electric kettle in my room!!! Of course I didn’t open in case it was a ruse for robbery. No management staff at 10am to make a complaint to. Receptionist called kitchen staff and all denied knocking on my door. Hotel did not find my Expedia reservation on Friday during check in.
