They are undoubtedly one of the best hotels I've stayed in. Staff are highly responsive whenever I call for something. Another good thing is they always checking up to know whether I need anything. Kudos to them

I waa almost denied accommodation with an unusual excuse that they are repairing the room i was suppose to be in. The receptionist Chigozie wanted to find an alternative hotel for me. I have to stand and argue with him for about an hour before all of a sudden, there was a room for me. I think I got a lower room than i paid for!

The booking l have was for 2 adults with breakfast included. However my partner was denied breakfast and I have to pay for her. They said it was complementary for one person. They will give me only one towel, one cup and one bottle of water everyday I have to ask for one and to get was a patience test. It took them 3 days to bring me the iron I asked.
