「There was no breakfast bar as advertised. There wasn’t even a working vending machine. Our toilet messed up and the air conditioner stopped working at 1:30am.」

「My travel plans were canceled due to an emergency last minute out of my control.I had agreed to pay for the room with my card.When I got to the property and they charged me anyways and refused to refund it.I wouldn't stay with any of their properties , and I wouldn't use expedia either they're both trash companies」

「This property is a piece of paradise in middle Georgia. Beautiful and in stellar condition. Such a peaceful and calming place. The guest house is so cozy that you don’t want to leave! The hosts were so generous and we cannot recommend this VRBO enough. Only wish we had found it sooner!」

「I really did not want to do this but I need to be honest. This was the absolute worse place that I have stayed for a vacation home. We were in town from Florida for our family reunion. Found this place last minute due to a change in family size. Pulled up the grass is un-maintained and house looks a little abandoned. The check-in code was provided. 「The Hope House was so charming, clean and comfortable. Everything needed and more was provided and well appointed in all areas. The property was beautiful and serene with outdoor seating areas, including swings to enjoy the lakeviews and grounds.
