「This charming home is conveniently located just minutes from downtown Francesville, IN. Mel, the owner and property manager, was a joy to work with—her communication was excellent, had a handy little check-out list, and she went above and beyond with thoughtful touches that made me feel truly welcome. The house is perfect for families, with games provided to enjoy together; the online pictures accurately reflect the character of the home. The updated kitchen has all the modern conveniences...

「We stayed for a few days to kayak and tube, we had fun! The house was cozy, and clean! The beds were so nice, and we had a great time in the hot tub, and using the fire pit! 」

「The location was wonderful. The house overall was very nice. The outside decking was very spacious. When I looked for paper towel under the sink it was wet. Sink is leaking. The stairs to the lower level were very very creeky. The beds were not comfortable at all. The king squeaked when you rolled over. The upstairs double was hard. The full downstairs was missing slats holding the mattress in place. 」

「This cottage rental property was the highlight of the weekend!Everything was Excellent: The bedrooms were spacious, the entire interior was Brand New, Great kitchen, Awesome bathroom and outside was well lit at night with motion detection flood lights.The area has 2 restaurants within five minutes drive. Lastly the people in the neighborhood were very friendly!Bass Lake is Gorgeous and a 2 minute walk from the property!!!I highly recommend this place and I definitely look forward to returning...
