「清潔で広々とした部屋で快適に過ごす事ができました。スタッフの方々も皆んな笑顔でお声がけして下さり、とても気持ち良かったです。どこに行くにも便利で立地も最高でした。またクラクフに行く時は必ず泊まりたいと思います。」

「It’s our tenth time at this hotel but by far it was the worst of all. We asked the staff to prepare a birthday message for our child, as they had done so before, but they ignored our request. Honestly year by year it’s getting g worse. Last year the staff forgot we ordered a birthday cake and we had to wait for it. This year, we skipped the cake as it was a disappointment last year and asked for a card, we got nothing.」
