「We always stay there when we are in Sedalia!! Rooms are clean...the staff is very nice and helpful and it's so close to shopping! We have never had an issue yet!! Thank you so much and we will be back!!!」

「Warned by two different locals, one being a law enforcement, not to stay here. It wasn’t named correctly. Some sketchy people around the site. We didn’t stay here so I don’t know if it was clean or if the staff were nice. We were advised to go to Warrensburg or Sedalia.」

「I booked the hotel to watch my granddaughter’s All Star team. It was only 7 minutes away from field. Clean and convenient to everything! Loved the mini omelette at breakfast!」

「If you keep your expectations low and just need a place with a clean bed, this isn't a horrible property. But even at a budget price, I'm not sure it is worth it. It's fairly clean, but the overall maintenance is poor.」

「I don’t have enough good things to say about this property. The rooms are very well cleaned and adequately maintained, despite it being an older property. The exterior is super cute and there are accommodating areas to gather, including a fire pit. It’s very quiet. The best thing about it is the manager. She is an absolute doll. 「The room didn’t have a phone, alarm clock, hair dryer, coffee pot, or any kitchen essentials as it was advertised as a kitchenette. Not too mention no breakfast was served on the site. Also we had to leave a day early due to the storm and gave plenty of notice and the man at the front desk said there was nothing he could do. The price was outrageous for a bed!!!! Won’t be back! 」

「Loved the vault/closet in our studio! The zero entry shower was beautiful and will be fantastic for anyone needing somewhat handicapped accessible accommodation like my dad especially because there are no stairs to maneuver. Beautiful room, very clean and well stocked kitchen. We found this by accident and now we hope to stay there whenever we come to town. We also loved the Clue inspired names of the rooms!」
