「 Positive points: The staff is really helpful! And very professional! The ladies from the SPA were amazing and very helpful and the security guys at the entrance also! (A big thanks to them) Negative points: My stay was disrupted due to a very noisy neighboring guest. There was loud music during the night, and shouting in the hallway. Unfortunately, when I reported the issue and asked for assistance, I was told that no immediate solution could be provided. As a result, I had to change rooms...
