The confort appartement was good and spacious with a good bacony with sea views. The hotel lacks facilities mainly deli/ cofee places, restaurant, wifi throughout the hotel(Modem provided in room on request). The pool area was not open. The staff were nice enough doing their best to resolve issues. We stayed in this hotel a couple of years ago when it was newly opened, I have not witnessed any progress regarding facilities.

I would start with the positive The room is nice, new with a spacious balcony. Now I would like to mainly point out that information about facilities described during the booking are inaccurate during our stay mainly: Private beach No Deli/ cafe places No Restaurant No No phone in room No wifi in hotel (Modem provided in room) Room keeping Very poor (room cleaned and towels changed after the 4th day). The hotel is badly run and communication is very poor. They will need to display any changes like breakfast eating area for example.

J’ai adoré mon séjour ! L’hôtel est plutôt calme, dispose de toutes les commodités nécessaires, avec une belle piscine et un accès à la plage. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux, chambre avec une vue magnifique comme dans les images proposées Je recommande fortement ( agents de sécurité professionnels) 👍

A fuir ! Hôtel qui n’en est pas un. Tout est affreux : aucune propreté ( cafard, moisissures, aucun ménage), le personnel n’est absolument pas professionnel : des saisonniers sous payés, la literie est horrible, pourri tant elle manque d’hygiène. Passez votre chemin pour le petit déjeuner et le restaurant : hygiène chaotique. En ce qui concerne la plage privée, elle est très sale et la piscine pleine de bactéries. Les gens y mangent, elle n’a pas de chlore, les gens s’y baignent avec des vêtements sales. Bref à fuir.

La chambre d’hôtel était sale à notre arrivée. Les femmes de ménage ne sont passés qu’une seule fois pendant mon séjour après leur avoir demandé de venir, je suis tout de même resté 5 jours : donc un seul ménage sur demande en cinq jours et un seul changement de draps et de serviettes. Pour la deuxième chambre que j’ai réservé, ils ne sont pas passés du tout en cinq jours. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est une honte, il n’y avait quasiment rien à manger. La plage privée c’est une grande blague, c’est une plage publique avec juste un carré de transats réservés aux touristes de l’hôtel et ça pue l’urine sur le chemin qui mène à la plage. L’hôtel annonce sur son site qu’il y a la wi-fi gratuite pour tous les clients de l’hôtel sauf que la réalité est tout autre : il n’y a pas assez de décodeurs pour tout le monde et même lorsque vous faites partie des privilégiez qui en ont un, la connexion est médiocre. Bref, cet hôtel est médiocre. Je ne le reprendrais jamais.
