「This location was everything we wanted. The view is beautiful. We were able to access the city and be separate. The property had parking and lights that could be turned off and on a timer (which was cool) and we even ended up finding that there were sheep on the property! Thanks for letting us stay!」

「We were impressed from the moment we entered the property. It was clean, well stocked with amenities for our stay and extremely spacious for our family. For me personally the hot tub was the highlight of the stay and sitting outside in a warm tub under the wintery night sky was just magical. The only thing to note, and nothing to do with the property but there is a toll on the tunnel through the mountain on the fastest way to the close town of akureyri at 1800ISK per way.」

「unser Aufenthalt war geprägt von anhaltendem Schneesturm, deshalb lange Tage in der Wohnung anstatt Schitouren !Es war warm, es hat eine gute Kücheneinrichtung. Sehr gut ist das WiFi und die Waschmaschine im Bad. Alles recht klein, ich möchte da drin nicht mit mehr als 2 Personen wohnen. Leider kein Raum für Schiequipment, die Schi mussten im Flur abgelegt werden. Töpfe und Pfannen waren nicht wirklich sauber, die zwei beschichteten Pfannen sind uralt und zerkratzt, die sollten dringend...

「We were so pleased with our time at Vallholt! Our family of 5 enjoyed the layout of the house, the view, and the quiet town. We were able to drive and explore the surrounding areas with ease and then soak in the hot tub after a day of exploring. I could not imagine a more perfect place to stay.」

「Amazing views and an amazing space. Huge and comfortable home with all the amenities, close to the best spa in Iceland and the beautiful city of Akureyri. Owner was very responsive and accommodating and hot tub was an added luxury that was well appreciated. Overall an excellent stay, very highly recommend for any kind of weather or adventure.」

「If you are looking for a clean, modern apartment in Akureyri that is easy to self check into and has many amenities and comforts of home then this is the place for you. Loved it here! "I arrived early and was grateful for the quick check-in to my room. Also, it was very helpful that they held my luggage upon departure, demonstrating great hospitality. However, I was a bit bothered by people passing by outside since my room was on the first floor. While closing the curtains could solve this, it made the room quite cold as the heating wouldn't work effectively. Nonetheless, the room was very clean, and I enjoyed the shower, which I believe was a hot spring, it was very refreshing."

欧米人のクチコミは全く信用しない方が良い。サクラが投稿して居るのでは？
"こんなに高いのに団体が入って混雑して居る。 外観は写真と大違いで塗料も落ちて汚い外観。 部屋が暑すぎて換気も出来ない。 部屋に扇風機が置かれて居るが効かずに苦労した。 レストランの味付けは日本人には合わないかも。 周囲にはコンビニも無いのでレストランでの食事となるが 合計で8-9万円ぐらい。 設備やサービスは日本のビジネスホテル並みなので他を探した方が良い。"
