Lovely accommodation

Lovely spacious apartment. Clean and comfortable. Easy parking. Great to have access to washing machine and dryer. Unfortunately I never received check in details but they replied quickly when I sent them an email to check. Would recommend.

This was the old schoolhouse in town. The new school facilities are right next to it. The school seems to be a center for the towns activities… I enjoyed seeing the kids and observing a different culture. You are within walking distance to town and restaurants. I recommend Saltka. We had the second floor unit. Very spacious and clean. Comfortable beds. Also nice to use the complimentary washer and dryer.

Love Husavik!

Easy to find and checking in process was smooth. Beautiful spacious apartment with everything we needed for our stay. The king size bed was particularly creaky, being a wood frame bed. Everything was comfortable otherwise.

Very clean, cozy. I’ve heard that some areas in Iceland have sulfuric water, and this is one of them so that was a little unpleasant (but great water pressure in shower!) and there was no freezer for our ice packs, but overall we were very satisfied.

Comfortable Stay!

Perfect location with ample parking, comfortable beds, and a fully stocked kitchen. Very clean and comfortable. Great to have access to laundry. Communication was wonderful! We would stay here again.

Overall it was a really nice place to stay. There was a bit of confusion when we first arrived about whether or not we were booked to stay there, and this slightly delayed our check-in. The general area is beautiful and everything in Húsavík is within easy walking distance. Our biggest complaint was that the curtains didn’t block out the light as well as other places we stayed, so it was harder to sleep. Apart from that minor issue it was very nice.
