「Excellent site with lots of things to do. The accomodation was clean and very airy. The location was ideal for us as it was near the end of Conningsbury runway which was one of main reasons for our visit. Nice bars, a little pricey, but a good choice of ale's and cocktails. No late partying which was good. Great location for all of the various visitor sites and airfield's. Good for getting to Lincoln also.」

「Great location on waterfront. Close to town, restaurants and cinema.」

「Pleasant staff, but property "very tired". Needs updating!!!!!」

「Stayed here many times. Always clean and tidy with pleasant team」

「The location is excellent for the castle and cathedral. It’s an old building and therefore not ‘flashy’ but it has character. We received a friendly welcome and the staff team were very helpful. It’s a great base for visiting the old town. We did not have the time to see the town down the hill. You may have to park in the car park opposite and pay, as the hotel car park is quite small but there is space to drop off a guest if needed and then to park.」

「Noise from the road and the room next door were an issue」

「Room was modern and spacious, immaculately clean! Beds so comfy! Whole building was well looked after, loved the ease of check in. Breakfast room was a bonus we didn't expect! Easy to find and cheap parking outside the front door. Would highly recommend. Absolutely faultless!」

「A lovely quiet hotel. The room was enormous and had a brilliant TV. I just need a quiet sleep and a base whilst visiting sites. This was a good find. Thankyou」

「Only minor issue was the sound of the bar, but that went just after 11pm and wasn't too bad. Everything else was good, enjoyed breakfast and the location was ideal」
