「The pool wasn’t clean, the vending machine gave me a Diet Pepsi that expired 12/2025, and the morning of checkout an employee tried to get in our room at 7:52am but luckily couldn’t because we had it deadbolted. Then later in the morning when we were taking things to the vehicle, two different times asked if we were done in our room. Checkout was at 11am and this was between 9 and 9:30.」

「We really enjoyed our stay overall! The rooms were clean and comfortable. There was still some sand here and there, but honestly, that’s to be expected at a beachfront hotel. The deck and beach areas were beautiful and definitely one of the highlights of the property. I would highly recommend upgrading to an ocean-view suite if you can.
