"Staff excellent and very helpful. Great location and the view from my room was amazing. On the down side, room a bit dated and windows definitely need a clean. Trying to figure out why there was tape residue on the ceiling. 🤔 "

"The person checking us in was not helpful. Sent us to the wrong room the first time. The manager leaves something to be desired also. The room itself was nice and the beds were comfortable. We booked 2 Rooms and expected to be close together; however, we were on different floors. I will not likely choose this hotel on my next visit."

"Staff was amazing, the parking on site is around $45 per day and $30 a day for parking off the property 3 minuets walk, also on site parking can get filed up so there is no choice but park off site and walk back… and still $30, little overpriced. "

"Small room but very cozy bed and pillows. Bathroom was just renovated last week and is beautiful but again very very small. Front desk staff were beyond amazing. We were upgraded to a higher floor and Fallsview at no extra cost or request. Aaron did our check-in and even had treats for our toddler. The buffet breakfast was delicious and the view was spectacular. Parking was $39 extra and worth it for in and our privilege for 2 days (we had a one night stay). Location was perfect at the bottom...
